About Me

My photo
Oh deary. About me sections are always my least favorite. My name is Laura, I like typing, singing off key, belittling myself, watching movies, hanging out with friends, and lots of other normal teenager things. I like animals and Italian food and I find Harrison Ford attractive. I love vitiman water, Nutella, pom poms and Converse.

Begin to Post

I suppose I should introduce myself.
Name's Laura. Pronounced Laaarah, if you're my grandmother or Lauren if you think you know my name.
Age's 14. Personally, I like that age. Not grown up, but not a baby. I wish I could stay this young and naive forever.
I made this blog for my friend Tallie. She made one (http://swedishstaplers.blogspot.com/) and I felt inspired to make one of my own and try to consistently post. We'll see how that works out.

So here it goes:

Oy! Thank God school's finally over for Christmas break. Finals have screwed me over again, and I should be going to check Sycamore soon to see if any of my grades have been posted yet. Thanks to Zach, it was figured out before hand that even if I made a zero on all my finals, I'd still be passing every class. That's right, even Biology and World Geography.
I finally got the bag from Jenny. My friends(Julia, Tallie, Jenny) and I pass around this bag it's like the Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants only with a bag. It has buttons and we draw on it. There's a Paul pocket and Ben and Jerry's stains. It's pretty amazing. Also, with the bag there's a journal in which we post things about our lives we wouldn't normally share with anyone else. Often, I am almost lead to tears reading the journal seeing some of the things my friends feel like they have to keep inside themselves.
On Tuesday, my sister, Katie, and I went to Cheapo, this really cool CD store. I bought Soviet Kitsch by Regina Spektor. It's divine, I never want to listen to another CD again. Just kidding, Regina, I love you, but I have to listen to other music sometimes.

Okay, I think I'm done for now.
Until next time,
sending my love,
1...2...3...
There it goes...
-Laura-
